Land-based Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles (ICBMs) are in fixed silos, making easy targets. ICBMs are likely to cause an accidental launch because they are kept on alert and once launched, they cannot be recalled.
Why are we spending a vast fortune to replace these expensive and dangerous missiles?
